When someone enters the U.S. with a visitor’s visa, he or she has historically been given permission to stay for six months (indicated on Form I-94, which is a green card lawyers yuma tucked into your passport on entry to the U.S.). However, the INS has recently proposed to take away this automatic six-months’ permission. Applicants will instead have to demonstrate the purpose of their trip and be given a “fair and reasonable time” in which to accomplish it. Six months would become the maximum stay-and applicants who can’t show exactly what they plan to do in the U.S. and how much time they need to do it in would be limited to a stay of only 30 days.

Florida is not Arizona. But I would have a plan that would call for increasing the fines and penalties on businesses that knowingly hire illegal workers and take jobs away from Floridians and from legal immigrants.

Curiously, though, two groups of people, rather than joining the boycott, made an immediate pilgrimage to the state. The first was an advance team for the Nazi Party. In this next round, there will be key differences. In taking a stance in favor of an MLK holiday back then, the issue was idealistic, abstract … and therefore manageable as propaganda. Based on all the foregoing points these people are either too inept or too morally bankrupt and bereft of honor on which the American political system has always operated to lead a Cub Scout Troop, much less the greatest nation on Earth. I would say I am ashamed of them, but that goes without saying. Get rid of these foul persons whose agenda is about as un-American as anything the USSR ever wanted for the US, but then again, when we know the Communist Goals for the US, the progressives and the Commies had the nearly IDENTICAL goals for the future of America! Nice!
